Proprietary Rights: All materials on this site (as well as the organization and layout of the site) are owned and copyrighted by Click4Kids or its suppliers and may be accessed, downloaded or printed for use in all school fundraising efforts. Without the prior written permission of Click4Kids or its suppliers, you may not copy, distribute or transfer any material on this site, in whole or in part, unless it is used for a K-12 school fundraiser in a U.S. elementary or secondary school.
Changes to Site: Click4Kids and its suppliers may make improvements or changes in the information, services, products, and other materials on this site, or terminate this site, at any time without notice. Click4Kids may modify this agreement at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting of the modified agreement. Accordingly, you agree to review the agreement periodically, and your continued access or use of this site shall be deemed your acceptance of the modified agreement.
Miscellaneous: This agreement and the resolution of any dispute related to this Agreement or the site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Click4Kids's failure to insist upon strict enforcement of any provision of this agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Any legal action or proceeding between Click4Kids and you related to this agreement shall be brought exclusively in a federal or state court of competent jurisdiction sitting in Delaware, Click4Kids.com is a trademark of Click4Kids.com, LLC. All other trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

Information That We Collect

In general, you may browse our Web site without providing any personal information. The information we collect from visitors is done on an aggregate basis as you and others browse our Web site and is not used to identify you in any way.
If you want to interact with us via the Web site, you may need to provide us with personal information. For example, you may sign up with us to purchase products, or to simply receive our enewsletter. In addition to your name and contact information, we may ask for other information if you choose to make purchases on the Web site in the future.

Click4Kids.com will never share your personal information with third parties. Please note that we may disclose any information as required by law or when needed to protect our legal rights. For example, we may disclose information about you in response to a subpoena. We may also disclose information about you in connection with the purchase of goods through our site, as necessary to complete the transaction.
In addition, when you sign up you may choose to show your fundraising statistics to other users of our site by selecting a public option. By selecting public, we'll show your fundraising name and your fundraising statistics on our Stats + My Account page.
Should you change your mind and not wish to have your statistics displayed here, click the Stats + My Account tab at the top of any page, be sure you're logged in (enter your email address and password in the upper right-hand corner), then click the My Account button. You may then select Private, and your stats will be removed from public view during our next update cycle, which occurs daily.

A Special Note About Children
|
Although parts of our Web site provide information and activities for students, we do not collect any personal information about children. Parents and/or teachers must provide their own personal information in order to participate in our programs. In the event that we decide to collect information from students in the future, we will fully comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (COPPA).
We encourage parents and teachers to spend time online with children and to monitor their online activities. Please protect your child's privacy by instructing them to never provide personal information on this site or any other, or within any software registration process, without your permission.

We only want to send you information you have requested. You may opt out of receiving additional or future emails from us at any time by following the directions included in each email or enewsletter or by contacting our customer service department by email at info@click4kids.com and requesting removal from our email lists.
We strive to provide all our customers with reasonable opportunity to access and update their customer profile information. If you have disclosed information to us via an online order or sign up form, or have other questions related to information about you that we may maintain, our customer support department can assist you.
