Governing Rules

These rules govern all contests running on Click4Kids.com or sponsored by Click4Kids.com, LLC. No purchase is necessary to enter any contest. The act of entering a contest constitutes acceptance of the contest rules and the decisions of the contest judge(s).
Eligibility: The Contest is open to all residents of the United States who have attained the age of 18, except for employees, immediate families and anyone living with any employee of Click4Kids.com, LLC. You must enter as indicated on the contest entry page(s). Limit of one entry per household per month.
Contest: Start and end dates for each contest are set out on the contest page(s). Selected winners are chosen by random draw. The selected winner(s) will be contacted by email or phone (if provided when signing up) by a representative of Click4Kids.com, LLC or its sponsors, and must reply within 48 hours, Monday through Friday, to maintain eligibility.
Prize: Prizes for each contest are set out on the contest page(s) on our website(s). Winners will receive the prize(s) won via U.S. Postal Mail within 60 days of winning. If the winner does not contact Click4Kids.com, LLC within 48 hours as above, the next eligible entry selected by random draw will be contacted, and the first entrant selected will have no further claim to the prize.
Release: Prior to receiving the prize, the winner will be required to sign a release form, releasing Click4Kids.com, LLC or its sponsors of all liability, confirming compliance with the rules and consenting to the use of his or her name, without further compensation, in any publicity carried out by the sponsors and/or their advertising and promotional agencies.
Privacy: We use your personal contact information to administer contests, including contacting, announcing and promoting prizewinners. Contests are run in compliance with Click4Kids.com, LLC’s privacy code, which may be found in full at our website.
Banning: Click4Kids.com, LLC may, in its sole discretion, prohibit any person from entering any contest that we believe to be abusing the rules. Such abuse includes entering false information or tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules, or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. If you have been banned and wish to discuss the situation, please contact info@click4kids.com.
Liability: Click4Kids.com, LLC is not liable for lost, late, stolen, defaced, mutilated, illegible, delayed, or misdirected entries, technical hardware or software failures of any kind, human error, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, or damaged entries, delayed computer transmission which may limit a user's ability to participate in the Contest in any way, even if caused by the negligence of Click4Kids.com, LLC. Click4Kids.com, LLC is not responsible for any problems or the technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, software or hardware equipment, failure of any email on account of technical problems, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer or property related to or resulting from participation with this Contest.
Other: All decisions of the contest judge(s) are final. The sponsors reserve the right to cancel or modify any contest or the contest rules at any time without notice. All prizes must be accepted as awarded, are non-transferable and are not convertible to cash. The sponsors reserve the right to substitute any prize or portion of the prize with a prize of equal or greater value. All prizes are awarded as-is and no warranties or guarantees are implied or expressed, beyond the standard manufacturer's warranty. The odds of winning depend on how many eligible entries are received. Sponsors are not liable for any errors, damage or negligence that may arise in connection with this contest, including technical failures on the part of contest software, website down-time, human error or property damage incurred by any contest entrant.
